Introduction to business project 1 (presentation slide)

The group members are Yip Chin Seng, Kelvin Chiew Kah Kheng, and Lee Yuan June. They plan to open a phone accessories business called Asian Avenue in Sunway Pyramid mall. Potential competitors are other phone accessory retailers in the mall. Competitors' strengths are their design while weaknesses are quality issues. The business aims to target family users and teenagers. The organization structure includes a general manager, assistant general manager, and supervisors over human resources, accounting, research and development, and marketing. The initial manpower plan involves 3 accounting clerks, 2 sales officers, 2 designers, and 1 machine operator. The document also mentions marketing strategies and financial plan will be developed.
