IBM Cloud Pak OpenShift is billable.
For Cloud Pak other than IBM Cloud Pak for Applications, OpenShift is included as a subordinate program.
How to count IBM Cloud Pak licenses
• The Cloud Pak for Applications (CP4A) license does not limit the intended use of OpenShift.
• If you use a Cloud Pak for Application license to use OpenShift, there are no restrictions on using OpenShift. Other Cloud Paks do not require a license to
use OpenShift, but can only be used as a Cloud Pak "subordinate program".
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) is included to work with OpenShift. For other purposes, a separate RHEL license is required.

each usage (production / non-production), and if it becomes a decimal point, round-up to an integer (example: 1.5 → 2) ).

How to count IBM Cloud Pak licenses • The Cloud Pak for Applications (CP4A) license does not limit the intended use of OpenShift. • If you use a Cloud Pak for Application license to use OpenShift, there are no restrictions on using OpenShift. Other Cloud Paks do not require a license to use OpenShift, but can only be used as a Cloud Pak "subordinate program". • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) is included to work with OpenShift. For other purposes, a separate RHEL license is required.
