IDEAL IMAGE MANAGEMENT
The Institute of Image Training and Testing 
International (IITTI, pronounced as "ET") is a 
non-profit, open-source, educational 
organization formed by seasoned, certified 
image and etiquette consultants from the 
Association of Image Consultants International 
(AICI); the world's largest professional body of 
personal and corporate image consultants. IITTI 
was formed due to a recognized need for 
standardized business etiquette guidelines.
IITTI offers a standardized testing and 
certification structure for employers to use as 
an independent assessment tool/examination 
to measure and determine the knowledge and 
understanding of business etiquette standards, 
and the personal grooming practices of job 
applicants.
The benefits to be derived from IITTI are as 
follows: 
A. Standardized Certification Testing System 
The IITTI certification system serves as the 
"ISO" system for corporate image and 
etiquette standard. It provides a uniform way 
for employers and job-seekers to measure 
soft skills that are critical to business 
success.
B. Unbiased Measuring Tool 
 IITTI is a business image and etiquette 
certification exam system. It conforms to the 
highest international standards of business 
image and business/social etiquette in North 
America and Europe. 
 The corporate image certification is designed 
specifically for business use, by a group of 
seasoned image and etiquette consulting 
authorities, and education experts specializing 
in curriculum development and assessment 
design.
C. By Adopting this Standard, Employers Can Justify 
their Return on Investment (ROI). 
The standard ensures all employees and new hires of 
your organization are: 
 Team players 
 They have worked on their image by hiring a 
reputable Image Consultant or etiquette training 
school to take etiquette business lessons and get 
independently tested by IITTI. 
 They have taken the time, energy and money to 
learn about good corporate etiquette.
 This tells you that the applicants are not only 
aware of the importance of good manners in the 
work place, but that he/she has the necessary 
knowledge and training to perform with 
decorum. 
 Operating on your behalf and interacting with 
your clients/consumers upon the same global 
principles, promoting an image that aligns with 
your organization’s code of conduct. 
 They care about people and business 
relationships.
D. A Single Standard for Corporate Users 
 The exam is to bring about an industry-wide 
convergence to a single standard specifically 
for corporate consumer use. 
 A standardized test minimizes consumer 
confusion. 
 The test is set and conducted by an 
independent body, rather than by 
Image/Etiquette Consultants.
The IITTI test focuses on corporate etiquette. As 
such, it would be suitable for any corporate 
environment where employees would interact 
with clients, vendors or the public. For example, 
banks, hotels, government, insurance 
companies, trading companies, travel agencies, 
tour companies, IT companies, advertising 
agencies, etc.
LEVEL 1 BASIC 
"keeping up", entry level focusing on basic 
etiquette skills 
examine the 'what', 'how' 
only written exam (50 computer-based, 
multiple-choice questions), no practicum
