SS7 Addressing • ITU – 14 bits, 3-8-3 format or decimal • ANSI – 24 bits, 8-8-8 format • SPC – Self Point Code – The address of the local system • APC – Adjacent Point Code – Address of system on the other end of the signaling link • DPC – Destination Point Code – Address of system that controls the voice CICs 3
