Introduction:
VBProfiles.com is a Market Intelligence solution platform covering technology
landscapes such as Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Waves Infographics such as
Chiefmartce, Lumascape for the benefits of Investors and Enterprise Marketing,
Competitive Analysis, Corporate Development, Business development Teams
VBProfiles, allows you to access the following components:
1) Company Profiles (summary, website, blog, Number of employees, all latest
news, employee profiles, Board member profiles, Investor Representative
Profiles, funding data, Investment Firm profile and Portfolio, Videos
2) Topics: It refers to a Domain of activity i.e. E-mail Marketing or Cloud
Security with all latest news, events, Influencers…
3) Lists: It is an aggregation of company profiles playing in the same topic
4) List of List: The an aggregation of lists that form a landscape of participate
into an infographic
With VBProfiles you will be able to subscribe to one or multiple lists and you will
receive alerts by email if they are news posted to your list (Only One email per day
or per week)
VBProfiles allows you to build your own Private Lists and to share those lists with
others
Subscribing to a List gives you:
1) Daily or Weekly Email alert on the companies and list =s you “Follow”
2) Access to our Widget that can be posted on your website, intranet or Blog.
The widget gives you the feed of new related to the list.

Let’s have a look at Email Marketing
Marketing – Click on “Email Marketing”

On the right block you have a description of the List and you see that we follow 31
items (30 Companies and 1 topic i.e Email Marketing) in this list – On the left side
you have access to the feed of news related to the 30 companies and the Topic.
Now Click on “Summary Page”
Summary page – Number of companies, People, events, Funding and video posted
on that lists - It immediately gives you the total funding to date – How much has
been raised last year and How much as been raised YTD

You can see and access all related markets

Companies featured in this Email Marketing List with the notion of Private or Public
as well as the total funding – They are featured by number of employees

Howto create a List:
Let say I want to create My Business Intelligence List:
I will go to Lists (Red Button) – Choose “Bigdata” – Business Intelligence
Click on “Summary Page”

Go to the Company List and Choose “Domo”
Click on “Follow” – “New List”

Give the New List a name: “My BI List” and validate
Then go back to Domo’s Competitors and choose “Birst”

On Bisrt Company profile, Click on “Follow” and add this profile to “My BI
List”

Then Click on the small “Red Guy” on the right hand top corner and Click on
“List”
You see “My BI List” appearing in “My Lists” – Click on it
Here you go, you have access to your List with 2 companies you just added

You can now generate your own Summary page:
Click on the “tool” button (Right side of Widget button)

Click on “Generate Summary Page” Then refresh and click on “Summary Page”

Howto use the Widget:
Widget: The widget will allow you to post, the feed of News related to your List or to
a List you subscribed to, on your Website, your Intranet or your Blog:
Go back to your List in clicking on the small button located at the right side of “MY BI
List” Title and then click on the “widget” button <>
Copy the Java Code of the widget

Paste the java code of the widget into your website and you’ll get the widget
working like in the following websites:

Howto build a Company or PersonProfile:
Click on the “+” button at the top right of your screen and then choose and start the
process of building profile. Note: Start by building the company profile and then
start creating Person profiles. The link will be automatically done with the company
when you enter the last Job in the Carrier section
