- 1. Waycon Manufacturing Ltd. is a full service, custom metal fabrication & machine facility. Since 1987, our reputation has been built on our ability in producing complicated welding, engineering, and machining projects where both expertise and precision are essential. We have a team of 50 skilled trade proffesionals across; speciality project estimator / coordinators, engineers, lead hands, machinist, fabricators, welders, assembly and painters. The industries we work within are forestry, sawmill, lumber, oil, gas, mining, construction and food. We are located less than 1 hour from the US/Canadian border. Our facility includes over 30,000 sq.ft. of shop area and 3,400 sq. ft. of office. Waycon is a member of the Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) since 1992 and is currently certified for over 60 CWB welding procedures. Waycon is OSHA certified allowing us to sell refitted forestry excavators into the US markets. Machinery: 3/8 x 10 ft.
