Introduction and Company History ‘ A Specialist Approach to a Specialist Market’ Intuition IT Solutions was established to focus on providing recruitment solutions for niche technical markets, including SAP, Oracle eBS, PeopleSoft, Siebel and the EAI / SOA / BPM space. Apr 2006 : Intuition IT Solutions Ltd is established outside of London with an initial Market Focus on PeopleSoft. Sept 2007 : Relocate to London and begin developing additional SAP, Siebel and Oracle eBS Practices. Mar 2009 : Relocate to new Offices trebling the size of the company and establishing a new Vertical Team focused on the EAI/SOA/BPM markets. Nov 2009 : Corporate Website and Re-branding Launched. Apr 2010 : Business Growth evident through all verticals and 2010 Projected t/o £5.5m
- 3. CANDIDATE DISTRIBUTION ACCORDING TO TECHNOLOGY AND NATIONALITY: Our database holds records of almost 20,000 candidates and we have a wider network of approaching 50,000. These profiles are constantly evolving as new Modules and Versions of software are released, however the core distribution of candidates remains fairly constant as shown in the Pie Chart or the right. Shown on the left is an indication of how our candidate Database are distributed Globally. This is an accurate description of the International nature of our business network and further through this presentation we show in greater depth the breakdown of our European Network.
- 4. EUROPEAN CANDIDATE DISTRIBUTION: Our European Database can also be broken down according to the National distribution. From this table we are also able to categorise Candidates according to their language skills and it is also interesting to consider that almost 80% of our Europe based candidates have Fluent or ‘Business Level’ English skills, 25-30% have French or German and 5-10% have Dutch, Italian or Spanish.
