An outdoor 24-hour spectrum occupancy measurement was conducted across various locations, revealing that 60.7% of the spectrum band was unoccupied, leading to suggestions for harnessing these unused resources. The study emphasizes the importance of effective spectrum management in addressing the shortage of available resources amidst increasing demand from mobile telecommunication users.
