This document summarizes a research study on the factors influencing the choice of incoterms (international commercial terms) of selected semiconductor and electronics companies in the Philippine Economic Zone Authority in Calabarzon region. The study found that customs regulations and freight costs were the two most significant factors affecting companies' choice of incoterms. It recommends choosing incoterms based on importation elements like freight costs and customs regulations. The study provides conclusions and recommendations for companies and future researchers.
