Industrial relations describes the relationships between management and employees, including labor management relations, employee-employer relations, and union management relations. There are three main participants in industrial relations - workers and their trade unions, employers and their associations, and the government which plays a role in protecting workers and employers. Pakistani law provides constitutional rights for workers including adequate livelihood, equal pay, living wages, and prohibits forms of forced labor.
