This document describes a proposed system to allow blind people to send and receive emails using speech recognition and text-to-speech technologies. The system uses speech-to-text and text-to-speech converters to allow users to interact with an email system solely through voice commands. It aims to make email accessible for visually impaired users by eliminating the need to see a screen or use a keyboard. The proposed system provides an interactive voice response interface that guides users through composing and accessing their emails without visual input. It is intended to help the 240 million visually impaired people worldwide who currently have difficulties utilizing digital communication technologies that require seeing.
