- 1. Is using a pink pill called laxative bad for an 18yr old? YES!!!!!! laxatives RUIN your body! not only that...it causes Anal Leakage. you will end up having to wear pads and constantly changing them so no one can smell it. NO its not hard to eat healthy . And using the excuse "im poor" is NOT acceptable i can not stand people who use these excuses. there is NO reason for ANYONE to http://www.historyforkids.org/learn/food/tea.htm be over weight and not be able to eat healthy. if your parents are buying fast food then eat a SALAD from the fast food restaurant. you have to CONSTANTLY exercise. and it has to be a hard core Cardio work out. you need a postive attitude and a better healthier life style and you will see major improvement. put down the cake pick up the carrot.
