Structure Of ITC
ITC has a formal 3 Tiered Governance Structure
1). Board of Directors: It comprises of executive and
non executive directors.
2). Corporate Management Committee: It
comprises of Executive Directors and Senior
Managers whose main responsibility is strategic
management.
3). Divisional Chief Executive and Divisional
Management Committee: comprising of all the
executives who are actively involved in
management.

E-CHOUPAL
• Internet access in rural areas across several
agriculture regions of the country
• Farmers obtain info on mandi prices, good
farming practices and place order for seeds &
fertilizers accordingly.
• Run by a sanchalak- trained farmer.
• Increase in yields, farmers income levels.
GREEN TECHNOLOGY AT ITC
• WATER : Rain water harvesting via interlocking
tiles. The water harvested is then recycled using
Aerobic Bioreactors.
• ENERGY (Temperature Control) : High albedo roof
coating reduces the amount of heat absorbed by
reflecting 90% heat radiations away from the
building thereby reducing the usage of Air
conditioners.
• AIR QUALITY: Carbon dioxide monitoring system
maintains the carbon dioxide emission level to
the environment.
