           Certain network management functions are available as separate services from HTS including SQL database maintenance, security services and backup/recovery
           services. Additional functions are defined as ‘customer responsible’ and are not included in this service. They include business process and line-of-business application
           software support, consumable and backup media logistics, software/hardware asset accounting, security and contingency policy creation/enforcement, cabling within
           walls or ceilings, installation/support of data communication lines, physical security, user-level software operation/support and end user training.
