- 3. Changes to Payment Policy FEESIMPORTANT CHANGES We have been having some difficulties chasing overdue fees. A big thank you to all families who paid on time. Unfortunately, there have been families, who attend for the term and do not pay – and do not return the following term. There are others who attend for part of the term and simply stop coming without payment or notification of lessons ceasing – this causes great frustration, as their placement could have been offered to a child on the waiting list !
- 4. Your term 2 invoice will be ready to collect in “invoice week” 8th-13thMarch. Invoices will be in day/time folders on the table.Fees for Term 2 will now be due at the end of Term 1 – you must have paid to keep your Term 1 placement!! Last date for Term 2payment is Sat 27th Feb

We are seeking expressions of interest for adult learn to swim classes. If you are interested, see us!
- 6. GENERAL"The Book"The correspondence book is located on the table next to the filing cabinet. Please use this if you require a change of day/time, a makeup lesson, for feedback, comments, suggestions and general correspondence.School holidays ClinicWe run intensive swim clinics during the school holidays. These clinics run for one week. Enrolment sheets, dates and times are posted on the noticeboard prior to the holidays.WinterContinuing swimming during the winter months is essential for continual progress and improvement. We encourage parents to keep their child/children enrolled all year round!Swimming Caps & GogglesAll girls must where swimming caps, the reason being, we are finding hair clips and elastics on the bottom of the pool - these rust and stain the pool tiles. Swimming caps also keep hair off the face and out of eyes. These can be purchased from us and are located in the office.....Please feel free to visit our animals after your lesson – while they are friendly, like all animals they can at times be unpredictable – so parental supervision is a must!
