- 8. Sharing & Collaboration Share your documents with others, or just yourself. Sharing Journals: To share your journal with others, tap the page number button and choose Share and Print. You can share and export via: • Print • Email - PDF • Tapose Collaboration • Dropbox • Evernote Shared Journals can be edited by others to allow for collaboration.
- 9. Organizing Your Journals Keep documents together in folders. Staying Organized The Collections view helps you find and share your Journal. Tap a Journal to open it. To edit, share, duplicate, or delete a Journal, tap the Edit button, then tap a Journal to select it. The toolbar displays options for editing, sharing, duplicating and deleting your selection. Creating Folders To organize your Journals into folders, touch and hold any Journal, then drag it on top of another.
