Weinert, for your commitment and dedication to aiding the entire Zura Team for the successful construction of the Zura Hall project. With an accelerated design schedule and an even shorter time to deliver the work, it was a challenge. Add in the unforeseen conditions of an aged structure, an approval agency that constantly threatened to derail the process and limitless other opportunities for problems and it becomes evident that it was the united efforts of every player on the team stepping up to the challenge that made it a success. Jason helped us tackle complex issues together throughout the project that lasted for over 14 months. He was there to come up with viable solutions to maintain the quality of the work as the schedule warranted and I would welcome the opportunity to work with him again on another project of this magnitude. His ability to examine the project intricacies and determine solutions for troublesome areas was exhibited within the constraints of this challenging, fast paced, project, especially during all the inclement weather that seemed to hit at the most inopportune moments. In closing I would also like to comment on Jason's character and integrity. He is an honest and hardworking individual. He was committed to the Zura Hall project as the lead Project Manager by his company, Applied Restoration Inc. and continually stepped up to the plate when asked to perform tasks outside of his scope, with no questions asked. I have no reservation in recommending Jason as a stellar project manager and believe he will continue being an asset to his organization and am already looking forward to our next project together.
