- 2. Kaushik Sripathi has been working to the progressive field of software quality assurance from past many years. He has a critical role to perform as software quality assurance specialist for ensuring that Software Under Process will meet the needs and requirements of customers. This role enables him to confront different situations in work and find the appropriate solutions to ensure that he workflow is not interrupted.

To accomplish this, he worked over multiple areas such as learning to new products and technologies, working over both automated and manual test methods, exploring more about software development lifecycles and procedures, gaining stronger programming abilities in order to direct the team with accuracy and much more. He always led the QA team with perseverance providing complete guidance to subordinates and instant solutions to sticky bugs.
- 4. Back end testing means database testing in which a software product or application uses GUI front end for easy user interaction. Providing better opportunities in career, back end testing enables professionals to work over wider areas such as ORACLE, MSSQL Server, MySQL, DB2 and much more. He learnt all software advancements and has worked widely over data consistency on front-end by writing and executing SQL queries on the relational databases using the Checkpoints.

Managing to different tasks and responsibilities over this position, Kaushik Sripathi made improvements to his skills and knowledge. He developed SQL Scripts for Backend testing ensuring that the data is updated as per the transactions and business rules.
