Innovatively expands capital sources and financing for energy efficiency and renewable energy retrofits.
- 3. What is an Energy Alliance? A public-private partnership of local stakeholders who create, oversee, and maintain a comprehensive program to GROW GREEN JOBS by increasing access to energy efficiency and renewable energy for homeowners, tenants, nonprofits, and commercial building owners.

- 8. Financing Depending on grants alone is neither realistic nor sustainable. Long term program viability requires leveraging of public funds and private capital to establish a revolving loan fund (RLF). RLF by definition sustains itself in the long term.
