It can take place inside, outside or even at your facility. Duration: 2-6 hours ONE-HOUR ENERGIZER: Break up a day in the conference room or kick off a lunch meeting with a variety of activities chosen to meet your team’s goals, energize your team and build trust. Duration: .5-1 hours SNAP! DECISIONS™: Explore the challenges of communicating in a stressful situation as teams try to navigate a maze, avoid penalties and rack up points. Duration: 3 hours BRIDGING BOUNDARIES™: Learn to overcome communication boundaries as teams attempt to build a bridge on time and to specification during this complex, focused activity. Duration: 3-4 hours PROBLEM SOLVING The perfect complement to our team-based programs. CHALLENGE COURSE: Build trust and confidence among your team with our outdoor challenge course. We’ll begin from the ground up and then, if you’re ready for it, hit the high-ropes course. Duration: 3.5-7 hours SAILING SYNERGY: Test your team’s adaptability and camaraderie aboard a 20-foot sonar sailboat during a series of short regattas. Available June through September. Duration: 3.5 hours GPS ODYSSEY: Grab a GPS system and explore the Village of Kohler in search of clues during a fun, customized scavenger hunt. Teams compete based on creativity and problem-solving skills. Duration: 3.5 hours ADVENTURE TEAM CUISINE®: Join our master chefs for a hands-on cooking competition where your teams will cook, plate and present their dishes. Duration: 2-2.5 hours DESSERT WARS: Assign roles, explore plating techniques and develop a business plan complete with logo in this exciting dessert competition. Duration: 2-2.5 hours COOKIN' ON FIRE: Make collaborative decisions, embrace personal responsibility and learn to jump in and help each other when needed during this grill-out experience. Duration: 5 hours COOKIN' FOR HUNGER: Get your hands dirty at a local farm, and create a healthful meal big enough to feed yourselves and people at a local shelter through a partnership with NourishSM Farm to Family Philanthropy. Duration: 7-8 hours VINO CHALLENGE: Get your creative juices—and some delicious wines—flowing during a tasting demo led by a wine expert from Destination Kohler.
