It keeps me in shape and
helps me get ready for
anything that comes my
way. I work out every day of
the week before I go to
work. It keeps me focused
and determined and ready. I
wanted to share with you my
top five favorite quotes
when it comes to working
out.

experience.I've had many
experiences when I was on
the treadmill and my legs
started cramping. It was an
awful experience but I
fought with myself to stay
on it. Sometimes you just
have to push through the
pain to get the results you
want.

doing everything perfectly."

I tend to see myself as a
perfectionist. I want to make
sure that every rep I do is
perfect. If you mess up
during a rep, don’t sweat
about it. Just try again and
you'll get it eventually. It is a
lesson I need to learn and
something that helps me
with my workouts every
single day.

Ultimately, you have to
have that determination
to get past anything.To
me that means, just
getting it done no
matter what. If you have
that goal in mind, keep
focused and simply do
it.

physical exercise. The
physical challenges
aren't the most difficult.
It’s maintaining that
will and drive that’s the
hardest part sometimes.

Sometimes when I go to
the gym, I get really
scared of the intensity of
my workouts. To be
successful, you need to
have that bravery to
keep pushing yourself.
