kmp2p is a community initiated by graduates and students of the PolyU MSCKM course aimed at fostering connections, continual learning, and professional development in knowledge management (KM). The community provides a platform for sharing experiences, networking, and practice opportunities without any membership fees at this time. Future activities include collaboration with businesses and other associations to promote KM in Hong Kong.

- 1. KMP2P Knowledge Management from Practitioners to Professionals www.kmp2p.hk KMP2P is a Community operated by graduates/students. It is not part of KMP2P the PolyU MScKM course. Participation is entirely optional.

Introduction • initiated by some PolyU MScKM graduates & students • Initial Setup Team (IST) formed in November 2012 to plan the initial setup • Aim – Connections after graduation – Continual learning – Provide opportunity for practice – Connect to the business world KMP2P is a Community operated by graduates/students. It is not part of KMP2P the PolyU MScKM course. Participation is entirely optional.

What Shall We Do Externally The future is to be decided collectively by all members, like: • Promote KM in HK through activities with business environment • Joint activities with other associations • Gain recognition of KMP2P. Gain recognition of ourselves. Our Future is We to Draw, Collectively KMP2P
- 17. Fees • No fees necessary right now • Costs of events / activities will be shared by individuals accordingly Notes: • KMP2P is still not yet formally setup. We do not exclude the possibility of membership fee in future, which will be decided by the formal Committee to be nominated. • Members are free to join or withdraw KMP2P
