Ks01 Create Cost Center

A cost center is an organizational unit within a controlling area that represents a specific location where costs are incurred and monitored against a budget. Transaction code KS01 is used to create a new cost center by entering information such as the cost center number, name, description, person responsible, hierarchy area, company code, and profit center. After entering the required information, the cost center is saved.
