RSS News Feeds in the Lacerte program which can target information at the module and state level for news and issues of interest that don’t rise to the level of a Critical Alert which will ping all clients. For example, a News Alerts for New York Individual will only appear to clients with that module installed. Distinctive Appearance Lacerte News Feeds will appear in the program as a blue bar which also indicates the number of News Alerts available. Critical Alerts will continue to appear as a yellow bar.

You will get the most up-to-date information by following the web link provided on each tax form. Through this link, you can find historical Lacerte release time frames for those forms that have yet to be approved by Federal and/or State taxing agencies, or the actual Lacerte web download date for those that have been approved. *Note- This link will not be available on forms that have not been released as a Draft Version or Forms that have been finalized.
