Lashings as Loaded
- 1. Maersk Lebu – OOG Unit TRLU6017348 Lashings as Loaded 1. 2. 3. 1. Cross Lashing at aft end – consists of a single chain looped through cargo and secured with hook to bed of flat rack by hook. Hook is not correctly secured to the flatrack and cargo is still able to ‘move’ as lashing pulls through securing eyes on cargo as can be seen below by the tilting wooden blocks.
- 2. Maersk Lebu – OOG Unit TRLU6017348 Lashings as Loaded 2. Slack Vertical Lashing – secured by ‘Tying’ chain to tipper body and flatrack – no further adjustment possible to turnbuckle 3. Fwd end single lashing - passed over chassis only – not preventing transverse movement
