Reflecting On Our Network
1. What parts of the conference or skills you
used helped you connect with others deeply?
2. Who will you be following up with and why?
3. How are you thinking differently about
developing, fostering and using networks in
your work?

the network. Encourage emotional bonds.
•Let the network navigate itself by sharing
leadership responsibilities/roles.
Supporting a Network

•Communications between members of
the network;
•Shared workspace for collaborations;
•When and how members of the network
can engage with each other;
•Help others articulate their needs so the
network can capitalize on opportunities.
Thinking Ahead
1. How do you want to continue to
engage with this group beyond this
face-to-face meeting?
2. What would you like to get from
this group in the short term? The
long term?
3. What systems, structures or other
support would be helpful to support
ongoing connections and exchange
within this network?
