                                          Present Progressive

We use Present continuous to talk about action that we are doing at the moment we talk.

                             Present Progressive

           Affirmative                               Negative

I’m eating now                       I’m not reading

You’re eating now                    You aren’t reading

It/He / She’s eating now             It/He / She isn’t Reading

We`re eating now                     We aren`t reading

you ’re eating now                   you aren`t reading

They`re eating now                   They aren`t reading



We use the present progressive for actions happening now.

Spelling rules –ing ending

*most verbs + - ing talk → talking

* Verbs ending in consonant + -e → e

+ ing Come → coming

*verbs than ending in a vowel + a consonant

Double consonant +ing

Run → running

   Vocabulary: New words

                Wear colorful costumes

     Play music

     Dance and sing

     Throw streamers and candy
   Watch a street parade

       Breathe fire

Reading a letter:

Dear mom and dad

 I’m having a great time here at the sports camp. I share a room with
Mark. He is good at diving. We get up early in the morning and run for
an hour before breakfast. Then we have more fun. I usually swim in
the pool and diving in the afternoons, I play basketball or tennis. In the
evenings we watch TV or play computer games.

Right now, we’re relaxing by the pool. I`m writing a letter to you and Mark`s talking on the phone.

How are you? Hope all’s ok
