The Lincoln dealership is undergoing renovations with the demolition of the exterior facade and remodeling of the north half of the showroom. New epoxy shop floors, fresh paint, and a new customer lounge are being added. Work also continues on the vertical expansion of the local hospital, using a large crane to assist with construction. Test helicopter landings were performed successfully on noise isolation pads designed to minimize vibration and noise transfer into the building. Interior work includes new nurse stations, nurseries, and patient rooms.
