- 2. 25 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE PAINT SHOP • ILKE INDUSTRIAL PAINTING SYSTEMS AND AUTOMATION INC. was established as ‘İlke Steel’ in 1989 in Izmir, Turkey and in 1993, it became İlke Machinery and Trade LTD. İlke has kept growing and developing, with its FIRAT brand, since it was established. The company makes its production on 8000 m2 closed facility situated on 15000 m2 open area by using state of art technology CNC machinery systems and equipments. Permanently investing on R&D activities to develop our products and closely following up the new technologies, ILKE has become the market leader in Turkey and one of the favored brands through worldwide. With the honor of being the first Company in its sector, it has gained the trust of Automotive by-product Industry by keeping up with the rapidly growing technology with its well educated and experienced staff and by instantly answering customer’s requirements with its worldwide service network.

- 4. By raising its exportation with the trust of being the first and the biggest company of its market, presently the company is exporting %50 of its production to more than 25 countries worldwide. Our biggest markets for annual exportation are Russia, Germany and then South Africa. The annual production capacity of our facility is over 600 painting booths.

In 2005, ILKE INDUSTRIAL launched new products in the field of industrial paint lines (wet paint lines, powder coating lines, pretreatment…) through using its experience in this field and establishing partnership with leading companies in this area such as Eisenmann , B+M surface systems and Caldan Conveyor.
