Logistic and Operational Management

without delivery delays or truck detention charges.
 Responsible for sourcing of competitive warehousing solutions, manages in/out movement of the
product and monitors stock on daily basis to ensure effective inventory control with assigned
team.
 Responsible for maintaining a comprehensive logistics report which would contain status updates
on all shipments incoming, pending or delivered, including shipping docs status, clearance
updates, delivery confirmation, logistics invoices and etc.
 Keeps close contact with agents, customs officials and other service providers to ensure correct
and up to date information on import rules and procedures in KSA, takes notice of any changes
on time in order to adjust accordingly;
Sales Management
 Set clear achievable targets and SMART objectives and develop practical plans to achieve those
targets
 Visit customers to maintain the business and acquire new customers and business opportunities
 Coach and motivate the team to deliver best results.
 Manage and monitor the team’s top customers to ensure these customers are sustained and
providing continuous contribution to production.
 Prepare regular reports on the performance of the team and identify plans of action.
