This document presents a low vision case study of a 14-year-old female patient named Juhi Patil. She presented with blurry right eye vision for distance over the past 4 months and itchy eyes in both eyes for 3 months. Her initial examination found dullness and retinal pigment epithelium atrophy in the macula and fovea of both eyes. She was prescribed a bar magnifier and See TV for low vision assistance with near and distance vision tasks. The final devices provided her 6/12p binocular vision for distance with the See TV and near vision of N6 with the bar magnifier. She was diagnosed with macular dystrophy, which was explained as a genetic disorder that deteriorates
