Be it for your first home, or a re-mortgage to expand a buy to let portfolio. LLoyd guided us through the options & found us some great value products to suit our circumstances. Both having busy careers it was invaluable to be able to communicate outside "office hours" and be able to provide information by email. He dealt with everything promptly & professionally and was very understanding when the situation get complex & went right to the wire with tight time constraints. We finally complete tomorrow. That was until we found our dream property, which we thought was out of our reach until Lloyd worked his magic. He got us an absolutely great mortgage deal, not only did he do that but at our lowest point he helped us in our quest to find our dream home, which I have never known a mortgage advisor do before. Now sitting in our new home and reflecting on the journey, I can honestly say that much of the pain was taken out of proceedings by Lloyd who nudged and chivvied all parties (including us) every step of the way. People had also told me that 'you don't need a mortgage advisor' and 'it's nothing you can't sort yourself'. That may be true, but for me it's the same as employing any professional service - If they save you money then the money's well spent. The time and effort it would have taken me to resolve some of the hurdles we encountered completely justified Lloyd's fee. Lloyd talks in plain English, his knowledge and experience is second to none and his customer service is brilliant - just don't tell his wife he answers his emails at the weekend. Advice: Service: Value: 5.0 What can we say, we approached Lloyd only 6 weeks ago having seen a house we liked and had intentions of purchasing, but being first time buyers we had absolutely no idea where to start. From the outset Lloyds professionalism, confidence and openness shone through, and thy visiting us out of hours to fit in with my partners work schedule through to taking our emails/phone calls when it was all to much at any time on any day of the week made the whole process so easy and seamless. And the end result is I am sitting here, cold drink in hand looking at my brand new back yard only 6 weeks after we first met and directly on the timeline that we had requested from the get go. We could not recommend LPR Mortgage Services any higher, that is the truth. As the title suggest if we are ever in the position to seek a new property/mortgage, it is without any doubt Lloyd will be the first person to know. What could your adviser do better? Advice: Service: Value: 5.0 We sold our house and the property we were going to buy fell through so we moved into rented, After speaking with a couple of mortgage advisors including the estate agents we were buying a house through about 4 to 5 months had past we had to constantly chase the advisors, eventually we we're put in touch with Lloyd and straight away within a week we had our mortgage in principal we were kept informed as soon as he knew anything and now finally we are almost ready to move into our new property thanks to the fast and constant attention he always gave to us, can't thank LPR mortgage services enough no stress. LPR was recommended to me following a failed personal application. Lloyd handled all the specific details of the application and personal circumstances professionally and without issue and the result was a successful move of the mortgage to a new lender. The interest rate he managed to get meant that even with the additional lending the monthly repayments were only the same as my original lender. And the fixed rate period means this is secure for 2 years. I found that an additional benefit of using Lloyd was that he secured a very competative and comprehensive cover policy for the new mortgage, and it didn't need me to approach brokers myself. All in all i am very pleased with the outcome (and let's be honest - that is the most important part) and in my circumstances i couldn't get the same deal that Lloyd did. Lloyd obtained an excellent deal - perfect for our needs - and removed what was fast becoming the most stressful part of moving. I was introduced to Lloyd via the estate agency selling the house and within hours of my initial email introducing myself and passing him some financial information Lloyd had replied with breakdowns of numerous offers I could submit for the property and the subsequent deposit required, mortgage repayments and the additional costs incurred. We then entered a lengthy negotiation with the vendor trying to agree an amicable price and are finally moving forward with the legal aspects now. Throughout the whole process, Lloyd has been very swift in his responses on email and phone which has been very encouraging as we have had to deal with what would otherwise has been a very stressful process in dealing with the vendor. Lloyd is very down to earth, easy to talk to, and most importantly he is HONEST. He is able to give advice and lots of options to consider, without being pushy or acting like a salesman. He also doesn't bombard you with jargon - everything is explained simply and clearly, while covering all the important points. Lloyd's advice is independent and he is able to search for the best products and deals that are genuinely right for the client. He is able to help even in complicated circumstances, like ours were. I would also like to add that Lloyd certainly went over and above what I would expect from a Mortgage Advisor and helped us from the start to the end of our house purchase, and assisted in all associated financial matters such as solicitors, insurance, surveys etc. He even made phone calls to chase up various parties involved in the house purchase to save us having to do that.
