maintained occupancy in housing statewide (124 apartments/units and 19 group homes). Worked closely with all
tenants to ensure stability and success by offering flexible payment plans for rent, security deposits, and utility bills,
as well as ensuring case management and mental health services were in place. Provided direct service support to
special needs and chronically homeless populations including refugees, families who fled domestic violence, dually
diagnosed individuals, Veterans, Native Americans with mental illness, individuals and families living with
HIV/AIDS, and developmentally disabled individuals. Secured housing subsidies and ensured organization was in
compliance with state and federal housing laws. Monitored monthly housing subsidy payments and compliance
