Residents must separate paper, plastics, and glass into special bins or bags for recycling of household waste. The community has developed a special program to recycle broken or obsolete electronic equipment like computers, printers, cell phones, toasters, TVs, DVD players, and video game consoles. Community officials will collect these acceptable electronic items on the next two Fridays at the local police station and nearby shopping center. Air conditioners, humidifiers, and hazardous waste are not accepted.
