Introduction
 Now is an existing time for smartphones which have
become a regular choice for people, as they can manage
their work accurately, on time with satisfaction.
 And at the same time we don’t have any efficient way for
direct communication between people with the higher
authority .
 So we are here with an android application

It is an android based application software
which accepts complaints/ Feedback/
Suggestion from
peoples/employees/customers
&
presents it to administrator directly on a panel
designed for Admin with the notification
facility (via SMS or Email).

their complaint as text
• Via rate the Service -
by giving ratings to the
services offered to
customer/visitors
