Preface
➢ Manage Companies
Create multiple company accounts as a store admin.
➢ Manage Company Accounts
Create and manage sub-accounts from the frontend.
➢ Assign Users For Company
add users to company account from backend.
➢ Add storecredit data for company
add storecredit data to company so compnay user can use that while order place.

Installation:
There are two ways of installing extension in magento2.
1) Using COMMAND LINE.
2) Manually install extension.
Option 1: Magento 2 install extension using COMMAND LINE (Recommended).
Follow below steps to install extension from the command line.
Step 1: Download the extension and unzip it.
Step 2: Upload it to code directory in your magento installation’s app directory.
If code directory does not exists then create.
Step 3: Disable the cache under System → Cache Management.
Step 4: Enter the following at the command line:
php bin/magento setup:upgrade
php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy
Step 5: Once you complete above steps log out and log in back to the admin
panel and switch to Stores → Configuration → Mageants → B2B Company Account.
The module will be displayed in the admin panel.

Option 2: Magento 2 install extension manually.
Step 1: Download the extension and unzip it.
Step 2: Upload it to code directory in your magento installation’s app directory.
If code directory does not exists then create.
Step 3: Disable the cache under System → Cache Management Edit
app/etc/config.php file and add one line code: ‘Mageants_Companyaccount’
→ 1
Step 4: Disable the cache under System → Cache Management
Step 5: Once you complete above steps log out and log in back to the
admin panel and switch to Stores → Configuration → Mageants →
B2B Company Account, the module will be displayed in the admin panel.

Backend configuration
After installing the Magento 2 Mageants Company Account extension, follow these steps to configure the extension
through the Magento admin panel:
1. Log In: Access your Magento admin panel by logging in with your admin credentials.
2. Navigate to Configuration:
• Go to Stores > Configuration >Mageants > B2B Company Account

3. Menu Configuration
Go to Customers > Mageants Company Account >Manage Companies
4. Create company account from admin
All company accounts listing here. You can create new company from admin with the click of Add New
Company button.

5. Add company details from here
you can add or edit company address from here.

you can assign sub company to the company from click on assign companies button
you can assign users to company from add new user button. All company users listing on company
users section in edit company account page.

You can select payment methods from list to which payment method you want to restrict for companu
users in checkout page.
you can manage store credit data from company users from here.

When admin reject compapny account then one popup will display and it is ask that all compnay users
will be block so they would not be able to login to site.
Frontend page
you can register company account from signup page with the click of create an accpunt with company
account button.

Add customer and company details from here.

you can also register company account at the company signup page with the checkbox tick of Create
an Account With Company Account

Add company data from here.

Company information will be display in company account tab in my account.

Users roles are listing here. Add new role with the click of new role button.

Set permission to users.

Company users are listing here.you can add new user to company with the click of new user button.It will
cretae customer automatically and assign that customer to current company account.

Add user details here.

Company store credit data is display here.
Company subaccount is listed here.you can add new sub account to main company account with the click of
add subaccount button.
