There are forces which push the magnet upward and once which pull them upwards simultaneously thereby levitating the maglev vehicle.During operation , a highly reliable and redundant control system ensure that the vehicle levitates at a constant distance from the guide way at all speed.
- 10. Propulsion is accomplished through a long stator linear synchronous motor fixed to the underside of the guide way.Therefore instead of rotating magnetic field a travelling magnetic field is created by adding electrical current to the system.
