- 9. SWARRNIM INCUBATION CENTER (SIC) The Swarrnim Incubation Centre (SIC) offers a whole spectrum of incubation facilities and support to prospective entrepreneurs and startups. - 10. The Swarrnim Atmanirbhar Divyang Cell was inaugurated in April 2021 with the aim to develop startup and entrepreneurship eco-system to support people with disabilities. This cell provides employment skill training, before arranging placements for them in corporates, institutions, and organizations. The cell wishes to help the youth with disability to convert their innovative ideas into a revenue generation model. Swarrnim Startup & Innovation University successfully signed an MOU with Apang Manav Mandal. SWARRNIM ATMANIRBHAR DIVYANG CELL Protecting women and their rights is the prime motto of Swarrnim University. Every woman has the right to be heard and therefore, we created the Women Development Cell (WDC) in 2011-2012, in order to work towards empowering women and motivating them to become stronger individuals. The WDC has been set up to address concerns regarding gender discrimination. We work towards Women Empowerment and Women Rights in order to enhance the skills women entrepreneurs require for their own upliftment.
