E-LEARNING PLATFORM USING GOOGLE
SERVICES WWW.EDBRIX.COM
August 28, 2014
OVERVIEW
1. Project Background and Description
IntellisoftIIT has designed Online-learning,an E-Learning platform builton Google’s infrastructure thatdelivers a
robust, new level of cooperation and collaboration between all stakeholders in the learning process. Online-learning’s
integration with Google Mail, Google Office, Hangout,
YouTube and the entire Google Suite delivers a streamlined
environmentnever before available. The degree of change
these technologies are delivering is creating a paradigm
shiftin how education and knowledge is developed,
managed and delivered.
On March 6, 2013, CertifyMe.net, a leading training
companyspecializing in online forklifttraining and
certification released projections showing spending on E-
Learning will hit200 billion by 2019. The statementfrom
CertifyMe is below.
"By 2019,50% of all college students will be engaged in ELearning.Today, almost4.6 million students are studying
at leastone of their courses online. ELearning is big business - $56 billion and setto double by 2015.Corporations
are using ELearning as their second-mostimportantmethod oftraining stafffor the simple reason thatit cuts
operational costs by50 to 70 percent. Not only does ELearning save money,it also saves time.Online classes tend
to be around 25 to 60 percent shorter than traditional instructor-led classes.Seventy percentof ELearning takes
place in the United States and Europe but Asia Pacific is catching up fastwith markets in Malaysia and Vietnam
growing the fastest.”
2. Project Scope
The core engine ofOnline-learning is the Google Hangoutapplication suite which provides a basic free accountto
both the studentand the instructor. However, Online-learning is more than justa “virtual” classroom where
instructors deliver online information to students. Online-learning allows the instructor to create a profile of their
credentials, course material, class schedules and mostimportantly, the Cost of the Class and to postthis
information in the Online-learning fullyindexed, fully searchable Online-learning Marketplace Database.
In an incrediblyshortperiod of time, Online-learning will become a comprehensive marketplace where teachers and
instructors ofevery vein will create courses, setup online classrooms and deliver knowledge using video
broadcasting – both live and archived, E-Books and other written material as well as other technologyformats. The
Online-learning Marketplace will provide the teacher the ability to sell courses, deliver on-to-one online training,one-
to-one video and one-to-manyvideo in a virtual classroom with a degree ofaccess and collaboration never before
available.

3. Monetization
The monetization of Online-learning occurs atleastoriginallyatfour points:
 School pays per studentsubscription fee for using this platform
 Sponsors like Office depot, Staples, school supplies, energydrinks for sports Beverage companies coke ,
Pepsi,Apparel companies can payfor advertisementto publish on our portal
 Online-learning receives a “commission” ranging from 15% to 35% for the courses, books and videos the
instructor sells.
 The instructor upgrades from the basic, free Google account to the Online-learning accountlevel which
provides the features to create a profile, postcourses and schedules and mostimportantly, collect money
from students.
 A White Label program will be created to sell Online-learning to companies who will create specific
marketplaces within certain highlyspecialized industries and communities.
 White Label and Corporate clients will generate Implementation and training revenues on top of the shared
commissions from sales.
