MAJOR PROJECTS AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS Successfully delivered the Motor Grader T4F Cab development NPI Program from concept to production using various processes and engineering standards and by managing complex NPI timelines using PMO plans. Successfully completed and presented 106 product quality section reviews and deliverables 100% on time to support the Tier4F Machine Diesel engines NPI Programs timelines at various executive gateway reviews. Successfully managed and mitigated over 450 myNPI A, B & C risk issues to closure using 6 Sigma DMAIC & DMEDI methodologies to improve overall quality/ reliability across various NPI Programs. Led and delivered CAT EP Euro IIIa Diesel Engine Genset program to support production launch. Successfully delivered CAT Mid-range Tier4I Pilot Industrial Diesel Engines to Commercial Engine Customer “Claas gmbh” to meet critical customer timeline after validating the feasibility of running the pilot engines and Cat CEM as a system to determine if it meets the Regen and BSFC targets. Successfully implemented engraving "GENSET ENGINE" process by identifying US requirements for the CAT TierIII Electric Power (EP) Diesel Engine Gensets to India in January 2011. Successful development of U/G Mining Cat TierIII Wet Manifold Diesel Engine for the emerging markets Successfully managed and mitigated CAT Mid-Range TierIII Diesel Engine Instability issue. Worked with Cat Electronics, Core Engineering, CPI team and assembly planning team to validate the PCA S/W thru Hot-test and released for field use to meet critical customer timeline. Successfully led and delivered development program for the Medium Track type tractor (D6T) by constructing and executing test plans that meet the objectives of Track Type Tractor Business unit. Comprehensive experience including solid modelling, sheet metal, assembly and part detailing using Pro/E 4.0, Creo 2.0/3.0
