The Managing Partners/Partners-in-Charge Executive Leadership Development Program aims to enhance leadership skills for CPA firm leaders through workshops, webinars, and coaching from experienced professionals. Beginning in September 2011 and running until June 2012, participants will learn critical attributes of successful firms, develop evaluation processes, and earn approximately 36 CPEs. The program is tailored for managing partners and partners-in-charge of firms with 25 to 150 people, focusing on practical implementation and personalized coaching to ensure effective growth and development.
