Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative and Facility Management role and responsibility. Handled operations and training by
successfully understanding the intricacies of operations.
* Develops Sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives for the company.
* Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the
region.
* Co-ordinate and follow up with the storehouse supervisor to ensure that adequate inventory stock
* Proven ability in handling & developing territory across channel.
* Manage all day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest
standards.
* Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously
search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the region
* Daily Communication with Supplier for material, maintaining Stock.
* Co-ordinate with finance dept to made payment to Vendor..
* Monitoring & track on OSV sale day to day basis..
• To ensure that the customer promise is delivered and that customers are satisfied within the framework of
financial targets set.
• Ensure that all the F&B sections are organized, performed their duties and maintain their areas and
equipment in proper manner in compliance with the company policy and instructions..
• Ensure that all Operations areas are received and inspected in a timely manner and are in compliance with
company´s standards by checking for quality.
• Monitor team members ( 60 Aprox.) participation to ensure the training they providing is being put into
Use, and also to see if any additional training in needed..
• Monthly Audits for better quality and service.
• Maintaining effective cost control in all areas of the Operations..
• Take steps to improve customer services for both internal & external and to work on regards with feedback received.
