My primary role is:- Initiatives for architectural thought leadership, helping GMO innovate for the future, bridging the Architecture team and the GMO business function, fiscal year planning, architectural road-mapping. Huge win personally as this project is a major transformation for Cisco Supply Chain with significant cross flow interaction. Major achievements in the SC LSS project. Selected best supply chain order fulfillment model to support Cisco business. Visited partner site on behalf of Cisco to drive the discussion on design. Influence business Solution workshops with the IT solution design. Performed the BTS and PO Model Proof of concept and provided demo to business to bridge the gap in system and business model. Drive the LSS Configure to Order design discussion to align the solution with End State Supply chain model. Provided the input to business on R12 IT capabilities and business supportability. Accountable for MD50 design decisions and functional setups. Implemented Scalable architecture and Oracle out of box R12 functionality to support any future upgrade of Oracle. # IML Project: - Worked as End to End IT Analyst lead in Make, Deliver and Planning. Cisco first Type 5 entity enabled successfully. # Term and Contents : - Worked as End to End IT Analyst lead. Here are major achievement from the IML project. Solution end to end design changes to adopt Many to one requirements Delivered quality FSDs. Implemented changes in Supply chain fulfillment process like packout, Dispatch and Traveler. # GEVC Project : - Worked as End to End IT Analyst lead. Huge win personally as this project went through so many obstacles and have been able to steer this project successfully through all those challenges. Major achievements from the IML project. Designed and Solution Single Source of Truth for all the compliance data to support Mexico, INDIA and Taiwan compliance requirements. Drive the solution design for all the integration like Config, Returns, SOM, Service, Pricing and Finance. Good learning on R12 and end to end integrations. Delivered 18 FSDs for Brazil project on time and qualty. End to end solution in R12 from Order Management side.
