Now turning  into its seventh year becoming the second biggest manufacturer and  exporter of terry products in Bangladesh. SPINNING We are using yarn from our own spinning plant. Presently we have 1920 spl open end rotor spinning plant named “Markup Cot Spin Ltd.”, having a production capacity of 17,000 lbs per day. We also getting ring spun yarn from our another spinning plant called “Markup Spinning Mills Ltd.”, having 27000 spl Toyota ring frame with a production capacity of 22,000 lbs per day. Our major counts are 10/s to 20/s in open end and 12/s to 50/s in ring spun Other special yarns required for our products as Auto Crore, Egyptian, Organic, Zero Twist are imported through Bond License.
WEAVING Presently we’re weaving Terry towels starting from 340 GSM to 1200 GSM in plain and in dobby designs. Our weaving set allows us to do a wide range of terry products in all possible sizes with a minimum level of rejection and of only the best quality. The most common products are: Hand Gloves, Wash Cloths, Face Towels, Hand Towels, Bath Towels, Bath Sheets, Bath Robes, Bath Mats, Cover Towels, Terry Chair Covers etc. Details of weaving machineries: Rapier Saurer Terry Matric Loom (Switzerland) with staubli dobby. Width: 245 cm – 42 sets, Rapier loom with 6 color dobby loom (Korea). Width: 265 cm – 120 sets, Tsudakoma Air Jet Terry Looms with Staubli, electronic dobby 6 colors (Japan). Width: 280 cm – 17 sets, Tsudakoma Telescope Rapier Loom with 4 color dobby (Japan). Width: 280 cm – 16 sets, Warping: 7 sets (Switzerland 5 sets, Korea – 2 sets) Sizing: 18 cylinder Rotal (Italy) & 12 cylinder Kanamora (JPN) And also Knotting (Japan), Drawing (Switzerland), Automatic card punching and copying – stabuli (Japan). Double blade sheering machine (for velour towels) – 1 set (Japan)
DYEING & PROCESSING We are using only  modern and well equipped machinery for dyeing and finishing of our product. With a vision to become  no.1 in the country  all our processing machines are exclusively terry based and always are well maintained. Details of Machineries are: Continuous Scouring & Bleaching – Kuister (Germany) – 1 set, Scouring Pad Batch – Kyoto (Japan) – 1 set, Kier – Locally  Manufactured – 2 sets, Cold Pad Batch Dyeing – Sandho – 1 set, Atmospheric Winch – Taiwan – 4 sets, Atmospheric Winch – Korea – 4 sets, Sample Winch – Taiwan – 1 set, Yarn Dyeing – HT – 3 sets, Hydro Extractor – Korea – 4 sets, Continuous crush tumble dryer – Nishi (Japan) – 1 set, Drum Dryer – Suction (Japan) – 1 set, Continuous rope dryer – Japan – 1 set Tumble dryer – Taiwan – 3 sets, 6 chambered Flat dryer – Korea – 2 sets Stenter – Babcock (Germany) – 1 set Cont. printing (10 colors) – Japan – 1 set
SEWING & FINISHING A dedicated workforce of 480 highly skilled workers enable out stitching unit to process daily up to 120000 pcs. of terry towels and bath mats and 200-250 pcs. Of bath robes.  Automatic long hemming machine – Zuki (Japan) – 1 set, Single needle lock stitch – Zuki (Japan) – 205 sets, Four thread over lock – Zuki (Japan) – 36 sets, Five thread over lock – Zuki (Japan) – 15 sets, Metal Detector – Garmentcheck (UK) – 1 set , Thread Sucker – Local orgin – 1 set.
OUR QUALITY POLICY We not only believe merely meeting the customer requirements but exceeding their needs by ensuring anesthetic standard of quality products. Our QA department ensures that the final product meets all parameters stipulated by the customers. We are facilitated with testing laboratory equipped with the latest instruments for inspection of incoming raw materials. We also perform statistical methods to identify and analyze area of improvement through checking of finished goods to ensure quality.  QUALITY OBJECTIVES: To deliver the right product, the first time and every time complying all the quality standards, To achieve a 97%+ yield by reduction of rejection levels at all stages, To increase in house quality consciousness by continuous orientation and training. To progressively reduce customer complaints to achieve “Zero” target. Our MOTO is to produce quality product and maintain on time shipment.
