 Lead on the SQL migration project. We are moving 2,800 physicalservers to Hyper-V
 AppZero Administrator. This is the tool to migrate the health care applications over from the
physical machines to the new Hyper-V servers
 Design and configure all new VMware virtual machines as needed per ministry.
 Service Now Administrator to ensure all new machines are added and documented.
 Active directory administrator to ensure each machine and end users are placed in the correct
domains with the proper trusts
 Responsible for all documentation and training for SQL migrations
 Responsible for all PowerShell scripting involved with the migrations
 Responsible for creating and maintaining LAB environments for all ministries
 Solarwinds administrator to ensure server alerts are pushed to the correct teams

 Pushed all patching via SCCM. This was automated via Power Shell scripting. The script I wrote
reached out to Microsoft. The second script executed the push to end clients/servers in the change
window.

extremely accurate.
 Lead on patching Aspect dialers.
 On the Asset management team ensuring that assets listed in Solar Winds,Service Now, Qualys,
SharePoint all stayed in sync
 Work daily to provide Information Security reports out of Qualys and Netwrix. This is required by
SOX.
 Part of the team lead of moving the Dallas datacenterto Richardson. This required working with
multiple teams as there were many nodes that needed to be failed over to ensure production was
not affected.
 Server migrations from multiple domains. Test to Prod. Non-Prod to Prod. This testing was
required due to SOX compliance
 Provided all KB’s within Service Now for knowledge development.
 Created all ORC’s(Operational Ready Checklist) for server build outs.This was to assist the
Service Desk with information on server functionality
 Lead on package builds deployed by VCM and SCCM. This was done using the import tool or the
wizard. All groups were designating by Active Directory which ties into SCCM.
 SharePoint Administrator which included managing and checking the overall server health and
functionality. Monitoring SharePoint disk space usage through the built-in SharePoint reports for
each site collection. Analyzing and reporting upon SharePoint usage and activity. Supporting
network load balancing needs and ensuring its correct operation (NLB). Regularly auditing the
SharePoint environment. Along with otherduties.
 Admin of vSphere 5.5. This was used to administer all LUN’s and RAID storage machines.

 Responsible for all Microsoft patches for clients pushed via SCCM. This included security patches

 Provided all documentation for all patches released through SCCM to ensure Sarbanes Oxley
requirements were met
 SCOM Administrator for Clorox. This involved end-to-end monitoring for the enterprise IT
environment, and provides comprehensive views of their health states.These views are key to a
rapid and agile response to events that can impact the availability of services the IT department
provides its customers.
 Lead for the WYSE Thin Client project rollout.
 Lead for the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) 11.1 to 12.1. This required standing
up new servers and configuring 12.1 to mimic 11.1 (12.1 had new features) successfully installed
on 1600 clients
 On the Arista ZTP support team.
 Provided monthly metrics for the team to management to ensure billing accuracy
 Write all new SLA agreements for new projects
 Responsible for assisting SEV 1’s and SEV 2’s
 Documented all install procedures and trouble shooting for the help desk for all new
projects/software
 Real-time locating system(RTLS) for monitoring hardware within our Hewlett Packard campus in
