Program
Information
Program name- Rise Above Domestic Violence
Mission- Our mission is to help victims take back
their lives and heal their wounds with authority,
strength and poise.
Population- The program will provide resources
to victims and their families, including counselors
and safe places for them to remain.
Goals and Objectives- Provide help for families in
need. Provide a safe place to live and help find
employment for those in need.
Economic,
Social, and
Technilogical
Factors
• Domestic violence victims may be impacted by social
variables such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, and loss of
relationships (with friends or family).
• Loss of employment, rising instability, and substandard
living conditions are some of the economic problems
affecting the clientele.
• Passage of new laws to improve victim protection would be
one political element that would impact my clients.
• Due to technological advancements, their attacker could
more easily stalk them. The abuser may gain access to the
clients' smart home technology if they have any in order to
observe their activities. They might also follow them online.
To deceive them into meeting up with them, they can pose
as someone else.
Culture and
Diversity
How will you be inclusive? - We will offer
counseling to all who need help. We will have training
on how to properly handle the different cultures in our
community.
How will culture and diversity impact your
program? - Cultures and diversity can have an
impact on clients, such as laws against divorce and
fear of leaving marriages.
Organizational
Theory and
Design
• The Contingency Theory is used
to adjust the program to meet the
needs of both clients and staff.
• Tasks should be distributed
according to each employee's
level of experience, with the
manager in charge of the
workload.

Program
Evaluation
• To share data regarding the accomplishment of the program's
aims and objectives (outcome evaluation)
• To offer illustrative data on the kind and volume of program
activities or inputs (process evaluation)
• To offer data that can be used to enhance a program while it
is still in use (a formative evaluation).
• To share data on program outcomes in relation to program
costs (cost effectiveness), costs per output (unit costs, or

• Outcome and process evaluations depend on objectives in
terms of expected results.
• Process evaluations measure program implementation and
target population reach.
