This document describes renovations and expansions to the Gateway Hotel in Surat, India from 2007 to 2011. It outlines numerous areas of the hotel that were transformed, such as expanding from 130 to 206 rooms, adding new public spaces like bars and restaurants, and transforming existing spaces like the lobby, banquet halls, and spa. The renovations were led by JHM Hotels to modernize and grow the hotel over a period of four years.
