30 Years of developing leadership in women
 Mission:
“MBA Women International is a not for profit organization
dedicated to the advancement of business women as corporate
leaders, executives and entrepreneurs - enriching workforce
diversity around the world.

We serve four related client groups: female MBA students,
female business professionals and entrepreneurs, universities
and corporate partners.”

 Vision:
“A world where women in business reach equality in the
boardroom and executive leadership.”
 1984: Founded as the National Network of Graduate Women in Business
    (GWIB)

 1984 – 2002: Home base of GWIB transitioned to various graduate
schools to allow different regions of the nation to host the organization
    and manage the leadership functions

 2002: GWIB made the Jones School of Business at Rice University its next
home and name changed to the National Association of Women MBAs
(NAWMBA) to become more aligned with other national MBA associations

 2007: Professional chapters begin development (20+ currently)

 2012: NAWMBA changed its name for the third time to MBA Women
International (MBAWI) to prepare for the organization’s global expansion
and differentiate itself as the only global. MBA women’s organization

 Be impeccable with your word - Speak with integrity. Say only what
you mean. Avoid using the word to speak against yourself or to
gossip about others. Use the power of your word in the direction of
    truth and love.

 Don’t take anything personally - Nothing others do is because of
you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their
own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of
others, you won’t be the victim of needless suffering.

 Don’t make assumptions - Find the courage to ask questions and to
express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as
you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness and drama. With just
this one agreement, you can completely transform your life.

 Always do your best - Your best is going to change from moment to
moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick.
Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid
    self-judgment, self-abuse and regret.
