- 5. This is showed by the planning and upgrading the MBS to expand the city. One feature in the MBS is the Govt foreseeing the need to build a casino in SG as it can help in improving the economy of SG by attracting more tourists because the change is very important so as to sustain SG’s growth in the 21st century. Hence , the Govt has anticipate changes and stayed relevant.
- 6. A good leader has to be honest , capable and able to foresee and solve the problems of SG. The leaders knew that SG has limited resources hence taking action to solve this problems by building high rise buildings and underground infrastructures to save land , Marina Barrage and NEWater to conserve water and Eco-friendly fans powered by solar panels to conserve energy. Hence, SG’s Govt has the leadership to lead SG.

When the government first wanted to build a casino , citizens were concerned about people being addicted to gambling, therefore the leaders heard what the citizens said as they believed everyone in SG has a say and solved the problem by introducing a levy of $100 for local gamblers. Introducing the levy forces poor gamblers to not be able to gamble frequently at the casino hence decreasing the number of addicted gamblers.
- 8. Expansion of MBS provided more job opportunities. If the workers work hard to get promoted, they will also get rewarded by getting higher pays which strives them to always do better in their job. As a result the MBS will be more successful and it will increase the number of investments on Singapore.
