The merge product variants geminate feature allows users to merge multiple product variants into a single destination product, thereby reducing duplication and maintaining efficiency across existing documents like sales orders and invoices. The merging process replaces products automatically based on matching attributes, and it is designed for use in both community and enterprise versions of Odoo. Merge Product Variants Geminate comes with a feature of merging multiple product variants to a single destination product. multiple products will be merged together into one destination product and destination product will be replaced to all existing documents like sale order, purchase order, invoice etc. based on existing pair of attributes and best matched attributes from destination product. Product replacement will be done automatically based on minimum combination of attributes matching at variant level for existing records containing original product variant. Benefit of this feature is, we can reduce duplication of products and merge them whenever necessary.
